Trump commanded the National Guard and Marines to go into Los Angeles to help terrorize and persecute immigrants, and all who are standing up for them. This is not just ICE terror and violence, this is FASCISM. Trump’s fascist regime looks at Los Angeles as a “testing ground” and a model for how they want to deal with the rest of the “liberal/blue” states. As long as Trump’s regime stays in power, and if they are able to consolidate (lock in, and lock down) their fascist rule, it will be a nightmare for immigrants, and for ALL of humanity. 

In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America!

We have been losing our fear, we have been seeing each other in our many different backgrounds, races, genders and perspectives acting together in righteous resistance and protests for the greater good. This has made it more difficult for Trump’s fascist regime to carry out its plans. This has impacted the whole country, giving strength and heart to the tens of millions who could be mobilized to defeat Trump’s fascism. 

This has got to go deeper and broader in uniting all who can be united to create a political crisis so deep and disruptive that Trump and his whole regime are not able to carry out their fascist program, growing the mobilization of millions into massive, sustained nonviolent protest to demand THE TRUMP FASCIST REGIME MUST GO NOW! 

Fascism is not just a bad word. Fascism relies on terror and violence to consolidate its rule. Any setback means that the regime must accelerate its vicious attacks on the people and the rule of law. One day after the June 14th protests, Trump ordered his ICE/Gestapo to escalate raids in key Democrat-led cities, and launched more unhinged, revenge-fueled attacks on Democratic elected officials and all those who oppose him. And to be blunt, if we only fight the ICE raids alone, we will miss the larger picture here, because these raids are only the beginning. 

THEY WILL NOT STOP. AND NEITHER SHOULD WE.

The revolutionary leader Bob Avakian has said in his message 2025: A New Year—Profound New Challenges—And a Profoundly Positive Way Forward in the Face of Very Real Horror: 

The fact that this system, in this country, has taken the extreme expression of bringing a fascist regime to power: this is a manifestation of the thoroughly rotten and illegitimate nature of this system as a whole—and the fact that the ruling class in this country can no longer rule in the way it has for generations, as a unified ruling class.

We can no longer afford to allow these imperialists to dominate the world and to determine the destiny of humanity. They need to be overthrown as quickly as possible

This SYSTEM cannot end the oppression of immigrants, of Black and Brown people, of women and LGBTQ+ people. And this same SYSTEM has been backing Israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people, and its regional war (now attacking Iran) that could drag us into a new world war. The same system is destroying our planet, and endangering the future of humanity through environmental devastation and the looming threat of nuclear war.

This whole system is rotten and illegitimate! We say in the Declaration: WE NEED AND WE DEMAND: A Whole New Way to Live, A Fundamentally Different System: 

A whole different way of living is possible: a whole different way to organize society, with a radically different economic foundation and political system, emancipating relations among people and an uplifting culture—all of this oriented to meeting the basic needs and fulfilling the highest interests of the masses of people.

You are needed to raise your sights above all the petty bullshit this system’s putrid culture tells us we should be about… all the beefing with people just like you and people who we should be coming together with… or just ignoring the world and going for self… You are needed to become a revolutionary emancipator of humanity. With thousands organized into the ranks of the revolution, millions can be won to revolution; and with millions won to revolution, there could be a real possibility for this revolution to win.

If you’ve got the heart to fight for something worth fighting for… If you won’t back down from fascist threats, and don’t care how much shit you get for refusing to accept the lie that there is no alternative to this capitalist-imperialist system… If you want to be part of a disciplined revolutionary force, we want YOU for THE REVCOM CORPS For The Emancipation Of Humanity.
