A little over a week ago, the revolutionary leader and architect of the new communism, Bob Avakian, wrote: "Trump’s fascist rule, like Hitler’s before him, is a regime of horrors—and is completely illegitimate."

In this short, hard-hitting statement, Bob Avakian (BA) makes clear what we are facing, the urgent existential stakes, and lays out—concretely—what people need to do right now. Through his New Year's message and a recent major two-part Interview, BA walks you through how this system of capitalism-imperialism has given rise to this fascist regime and so many other atrocities, and he lays out—in visionary detail how a whole different, and far better, system is possible. As the pace of this fascist transformation accelerates with every passing week, people urgently need to hear, confront and act on this truth.

Raising funds for mass, societal impact with this work—with Bob Avakian's voice and leadership—is the mission of the National Campaign to Get @BobAvakianOfficial Everywhere. We are three weeks out from our deadline to raise $30,000 for online advertising and a grassroots on-the-ground movement to spread this. 

Bob Avakian's analysis and vision is going up against all the ways that you are being told to go along with this fascist nightmare—that "it can't happen here," that using "the f word" will scare people off, that we should rely on the "normal channels" of this system to stop this, while those "normal channels" are being shredded before our eyes. Millions of people are agonized about the extremely dangerous situation we are in, and are furious at the craven capitulation of the Democrats. Thousands have begun to protest against this fascism in essential ways. But most people do not understand what is happening, why or what we need to do about it. And they don't know that there is a whole better way society can be organized, getting beyond the individual struggle for survival.

In a time of widespread confusion, with the whole future on the line, Bob Avakian cuts through the noise and distraction. Your contribution can help to make his essential voice heard—and debated, and spread.

What we want to add this week is the importance of waging struggle for this—commensurate with the situation we're in. 

This means directly wielding the alarm that Bob Avakian is sounding—and challenging people to confront the stakes of what it will mean for humanity if fascism is consolidated in the most powerful and destructive country on the planet. It means really challenging people that they need to hear what he's saying themselves about how society can be organized on a whole different liberating foundation—and hearing the kind of struggle he is waging with anyone and everyone who cares. 

We know many people shrink from facing the depth of the fascist danger. And most people really can more readily imagine the end of the world more than they can imagine the end of capitalism. This has to be broken through, because the fact is—as Bob Avakian says in the title of his New Year's message—there is a "profoundly positive way forward in the face of real horrors." So again, this means really struggling with people to listen to BA themselves, dig into this together with others, and donate for this to reach millions. Not doing so, refusing to look into the real way out means staying locked into the terms of this system, while the system hurtles us to disaster!

There are answers in these Interviews, and a scientific method that Bob Avakian breaks down so that you can apply it to the complex situation we're in, to act in the interests of humanity.
